Online Offers Organic Wine... Wines Made From
Organically Grown Grapes Taste Better!
The fundamental idea behind
organic anything is health. There is an
enormous amount of scientific evidence documenting how
pesticides, weed killers, fungicides and other synthetic
chemical substances damage the health of our soil. They
also affect the health of plants grown in it, which in
turn affects the health of the fruit and anything else
in the extended chain - including you and I.
If it goes into
the soil or onto a plant, it will be absorbed and
transferred to whatever follows. What's the likelihood
that chemically sprayed grapes grown in chemically
altered soil will give us wine whose taste is
unaltered?
By using conventional viticulture with
pesticides, herbicides and fungicides it throws the
natural harmony of a vineyard and winery
completely off balance. The soil is stripped of minerals
essential to its health, thus necessitating an
ever-increasing reliance on artificial inputs to restore
what has been lost. The chain never ends.
"Years ago I
found out that grapes were very heavily sprayed. I
was so relieved to locate French Wine

ever since. I just love them!" Thom Hartmann Best

Viticulture & Organic Wineries Optimize Wine's Taste
Nature's Way!
Organic viticulture maintains the soil as
its cornerstone. Weakened soil and chemical sprays
affect the nutrition of grapes, their flavor, texture,
aroma and color. Therefore, promoting a healthy,
biologically active soil is the main objective for an
organic
vintner. It means cultivating the soil and
planting cover crops instead of applying herbicides,
using natural fertilizers instead of chemical
fertilizers, and employing natural predators of insect
pests instead of applying pesticides.
Organic
farming promotes biodiversity which allows
plants other than vines to grow in and around the
vineyard. These help to regulate the soil by attracting
beneficial insects, spiders and predatory mites, as well
as providing shelter and food (pollen, nectar and other
bugs). What cannot be fully controlled through
biodiversity can still be managed organically through
the use of naturally occurring plant or mineral
extracts, which leave no harmful residues in the
soil.
The bottom line is that Organic
Viticulture and Organic
Wineries do whatever it takes to protect
and promote the soil so that we could enjoy the
natural taste of the wines.
No More
Headaches?
The taste is great; No side effects is
better! Many who experience migraine-like headaches
after a few sips of conventional wines
find that they can be headache-free by switching to
wines
produced from organic grapes. The low level
of sulfites in organic
wines is certainly one reason. Some studies
also suggest that headaches are an allergic reaction to
the pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers used by most
commercial wine producers. More people are now
turning to organic wines to alleviate their wine
headache problems.
French Wine
Online vineyards, located in the Languedoc
region of southern France for more than 200 years, have
been perfecting the taste of organic
wines since 1972. Wine magazines today say
French
organic wines are ranked among the top
ten best wines of any region. What we hear most
often is that our organic wines have a cleaner, more
flavorful, premium taste. And surprisingly, the
quality of our organic
wines is available at less than premium
priced wines.

"I am a lover
of fine
wine. However, I have been unable to
enjoy red
wines as they do not enjoy me. I have
a reaction when I drink red
wine (as little as one glass) in the
form of the most painful headache. I am very
pleased to report that your red
wine (La Bousquette) which is
organically grown (no chemicals
etc.) agrees with me quite nicely. I have no
adverse physical reactions when I drink your wine.
It is quite pleasing to the taste, and I can
recommend it highly to anyone that enjoys a
good wine." Ronald M. - Cassano,
