The vineyards of Château Bousquette, a 50 acre estate, drape over the craggy hillsides of a small town called Cessenon, only 20 miles inland from the Mediterranean Sea in the South of France. "Bousquette" (pronounced boo-sket) in French means thicket or grove. The word aptly describes the property: a simple family estate nestled in pine trees, lavender and thyme, overlooking miles of vineyards stretching all the way to the foot of the volcanic mountains, the Cévennes.The vineyards are moderated by the cooling breezes from the sea, giving the grapes a long, even growing season.

This delicious creation merits a spotlight. It's a perfectly proportioned wine that takes an appellation (St. Chinian) to its full potential. Oak aged for 1 year.
